We are committed to providing top notch customer service and treating you and your home with respect. We have developed the following process to ensure that we can continue to provide this level of service and complete your project to your satisfaction. Learn more about each step below.

Step Towards Awakening Your Home's Inner Beauty

Step 1. Get In Touch With Us

When the time is right, and you're ready for an upgrade, go ahead and reach out to us. You can do that by filling out our contact form or by simply giving us a call at: 631.651.6521.

Step 2. Phone Call Consultation

Once we receive your info, we'll reach out. We try to keep this within a day, so you shouldn't be waiting weeks for someone to get back to you. During this call we'll continue to gather some information, and we'll ask for you to send us over some pictures if you haven't already. At this point we're trying to see if we are a good fit for you and your project. In most cases, by the end of this call, you'll have an idea of what your project could cost, and we can set up an on-site consultation.

Step 3. On-site Consultation

We'll meet you at your home. At this step, we are evaluating actual conditions, scope, taking some early measurements, and making sure we can do what we said we could. If we see something that may increase or decrease our initial estimate, we'll discuss it now. We won't move any further until everyone's on the same page and we are sure we understand what it is you're looking to accomplish. By the end of this meeting, we will have what we need to produce a written estimate and contract for your project.

Step 4. Written Estimate and Contracts

By this step we have discussed options for your home, we have an idea on timing, and now you'll have a written estimate. Provided you are happy with what has been presented, we will send over a contract for signature and request a deposit. Once both are received, your project is now underway!

Step 5. We Get Some New Materials On Order

Now that we're in contract, we'll begin some behind the scenes work. If we need an architect, engineer or other designer, we'll start that now along with ordering up some materials to get that clock started.

Step 6. Ready, Set...

We'll give you a call with a start date, and let you know if there is anything you need to do on your end to prep for the next step. While we will prep your home for the upcoming work, things we won't do (unless previously arranged), are move furniture and put away personal belongings.

Step 7. GO! The Build Phase

You've been waiting for this day for awhile, out with the old, in with new - here we go. We will begin day one with an introduction. We'll introduce you to the key players from Triple R Services. This may be a project manager or on-site foreman; they will be your point of contact for all things related to your project. Together, we'll take a walk through the project site, we'll re-cap the work to be performed, and make sure there haven't been any changes. Once this walk-through is completed, we will begin with setting up plastic, putting down drop cloths, and install overall site protection. Then we will begin to work. Patience is key during this step. Some days your home will be flooded with crews working, some days not so much. Rest assured, we are moving towards the goal of bringing your dream to life. Depending on the scope of your project, this step can last a few weeks to months - you'll get to know your site foreman and they'll get to know you. If you have any questions along the way, simply ask, our team loves what they do, and they won't mind taking a minute to explain something or answer some questions.

Step 8. Complete...Almost

Congratulations, you made it through the build phase, your new space or home system is ready to enjoy! We know at times you never thought you'd get here, but you did. At this point we will schedule a time to conduct a final walk-through with you. During this time, we want to make sure we took care of everything you were after and that we can say we created your dream. At this step, if anything is amiss, we will get it taken care of right away - we don't want you waiting any longer!

Step 9. Follow Up

Usually within about 30 days of completion we'll reach out again. This is just to check in and make sure everything is working and functioning as it should and that you are happy with your new space. Again, if anything needs addressing we'll get on it right away.

Now What?

Your project is complete, you are completely satisfied (because we won't stop until you are), now what? Tell all your friends about us! We are homeowners too, we know how hard it can be to find reliable, trustworthy contractors who treat you and your home with respect. The simplest thing you could do is refer us or leave a review, either on sites like Google or Houzz, or by simply sending us an email. We'll make sure the accolades get to the right spot, and we may even feature your review on our website. Leaving reviews helps your neighbors find contractors like us.
